Hi,this is my first time on here so I'm going to start by telling you about my love for Mythical Creatures.These are just a few... MERMAIDS!!, Banshee(Ireland),Centaur half man half horse(Greece),Elf(Scandinavia),Fairy(Scotland/Scandinavia), Hippogriffs (Greece). There are many more, but these are a few of my favorites.
I want to let you all know that I am part of the Mermaid family. And one day I plan on turning into one (If you do not believe me ask my mom!) :)
My family and I had a fun week. From Latin, to walking the Brooklyn Bridge to swimming, we always have good days. My brother and I spent the night at my Nani's house because my mother had a Mom's Night Out with her other homeschooling "ADULT' friends. I love going to Nani's house because she let's us watch tv and we do what ever we want :) She is a cool Nani.
Next week is going to be really fun too. We are going to do our usual classes and go on two trips 1. Insectarium (in Philadelphia) and 2. Glass blowing. I've wanted to make glass since last year when I watched a documentary on glass blowing.
Well that's all for now, maybe I'll post again tomorow.

I loved reading this, Chloe. You may inspire other kids to start their own blogs. Hint, hint Melissa and Richard. I am glad that you and I are friends and share a love for fantasy creatures. Don't ever lose it. You can be an "adult" and still love them.

I think that it is neat that you are sharing your homeschooling experiences in your blog. I just want to add that sometimes mom need to be just with other moms once in a while. It's good for them and it helps them to be better moms. Good luck with your blogging.
